Product Story

Dragonflies have been very popular since the samurai time. They are called kachimushi (victory bugs) in Japanese as they go only forward like samurai. Colors are created by chemical reactions, with no pigment or paint involved.

More than a simple utensil, the saucer is a living artifact that grows with each passing year.

Gyokusendo

Gyokusendo has a history of over two hundred years. The seventh-generation successor, Tamagawa Motoyuki is currently at the helm of this prominent Tsubame-tsuiki copperware brand. They mainly produce copperware and a small amount of silverware. The brand could last for centuries is not only because of their persistence on the traditional Japanese metalworking - Tsuki copperware, but also their aspiration on developing new techniques.
